Moreton Equestrian Centre’s 2015/16 unaffiliated dressage series kicked off on 26 September. Event organiser Liz tells us a bit more about what has been going on at the centre:

Moreton EC are delighted to have held two unaffiliated dressage competitions with Equo, on 17 October and 8 November. From October onwards we were thrilled to be able to present our Equo sponsored rosettes in classes one to five, plus a rug to the competitor who achieved the highest percentage of the day.

We are very happy that we have four more rugs to present between 6 December and 19 March… so please get entering! We are really happy to be able to take our online entries through www.equoevents.com, Horse & Hound’s new online event entry system. The winner of our first Equo sponsored class was Rachel Legg riding Ernie (pictured below), who won the Intro A with 70.87% on 17 October.

Our 45x60m and 25x45m outdoor arenas were refurbished in October 2015 and now boast the latest sand and fibre surface! In addition to this 18 new temporary stables (for show use during day and overnight stays) are on order and will be built by the edge of the car park at the start of next year. We hope to see as many of you as possible at our future events.
